To so trenutki, ko re\u010demo: \u00bbNe vem, kaj je najbolj\u0161e\u00ab, \u00bb\u010cutim nasprotje med ve\u010d notranjimi glasovi in zato ne vem, katerega naj poslu\u0161am\u00ab, \u00bbNisem popolnoma prepri\u010dan da je to prava izbira\u00ab, \u00bbPo\u010dutim se nesprejetega in ne vem, kaj naj naredim\u00ab, \u00bbRada bi ukrepala, a tega ne naredim\u00ab, \u00bbV tej situaciji se po\u010dutim prezrtega\u00ab itd.<\/p>\n<p>To so stavki, ki smo jih zagotovo \u017ee ve\u010dkrat izrekli ali poslu\u0161ali, zato vemo, kaj \u017eelijo sporo\u010diti. V\u010dasih so lahko notranja nasprotja ovire pri sprejemanju odlo\u010ditev ali pa beg pred dolo\u010denimi situacijami, ki jih je treba re\u0161iti. Ne samo to, gre za odlo\u010ditve, ki so lahko v \u017eivljenju te\u017eke in so v\u010dasih polne trpljenja.<\/p>\n<p>Sposobnost obvladovanja nasprotij je povezana z zmo\u017enostjo ustaviti se in razumeti dogajanje na ve\u010d ravneh ter zmo\u017enostjo predelave razli\u010dnih notranjih vzgibov, ki se pogosto \u201csoo\u010dijo\u201d kot sile, ki si med seboj nasprotujejo. Za re\u0161evanje \u010dustvenih nasprotij je treba vedeti, kako prisluhniti svojim \u010dustvom in \u017eeljam. Vsak \u010dlovek ima druga\u010den odnos do tega podro\u010dja. Na izku\u0161njo posameznika vplivajo njegove \u017eivljenjske okoli\u0161\u010dine. V resnici lahko obstaja veliko na\u010dinov re\u0161evanja nesoglasij. Pomembno je prisluhniti svojim ob\u010dutkom in \u010dustvom, \u017eiveti sedanji trenutek, razumeti, katere so te nasprotujo\u010de si sile, vzgibi v nas in kaj nam \u017eelijo sporo\u010diti.<\/p>\n<p>Kadar je nesoglasje medosebno, ga lahko spremlja ob\u010dutek neustreznosti. Ob\u010dutek nemo\u010di in sramu, ki lahko iz njega izvira, se poraja v nesomernih medosebnih odnosih, to je v situacijah, v katerih bi radi \u201czmagali\u201d, pa ne morete, radi bi bili sprejeti, a namesto tega se po\u010dutite izklju\u010dene, radi bi se otresli nadzora in mo\u010di drugih, toda namesto tega vas obvladujejo.<\/p>\n<p>Z metodo transakcijske analize lahko ozavestimo slednje: \u00bbNisem v redu, ti pa si v redu.\u00ab Ob\u010dutek sramu, ki iz tega lahko izhaja, je posebno \u010dustvo, ki velja za \u010dustvo zavedanja, ker vklju\u010duje samo-sklicevanje (ob\u010dutek odgovornosti). Psiholog Marco Battacchi ga je poimenoval medosebno \u010dustvo, saj zahteva sklicevanje na samega sebe, a tudi na primerjavo z drugimi. V medosebnih nasprotjih je zato lahko koristno uporabiti filozofijo \u201cOK-ja\u201d, v kateri je zdravo eksistencialno stali\u0161\u010de: \u00bbJaz sem v redu in ti si tudi v redu.\u00ab Temelji na predpostavki o vrednosti vsake osebe, torej na resni\u010dnem sprejemanju samega sebe in drugih.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce se vrnemo k notranjemu sporu, pa v vsakem nasprotju obstaja \u201cpraznina\u201d, ki jo \u017eelimo zapolniti. Pogosto se gibljemo med \u010dustvi in ob\u010dutki, da bi na\u0161li ustrezno vedenje, da bi se izognili tej praznini. Izziv v tem primeru je, da se osredoto\u010dimo na konflikt, da ostanemo v njem. Nasprotje o\u017eivi vrsto dejavnikov, ki nujno prikli\u010de tesnobo. Spoprijemanje z njo zahteva zmo\u017enost njenega uravnavanja. Ne gre za na\u010drtovanje prihodnosti, ampak za to, da smo v sedanjosti in i\u0161\u010demo dobre re\u0161itve; najdemo naj odgovore, ki bi omogo\u010dali zdravo predelavo konflikta. Biti v sedanjosti tako, da se zavedamo \u010dustev, izku\u0161enj, ob\u010dutkov, razli\u010dnih nasprotujo\u010dih primerov in nato preidemo na delovanje, ki je s tem v skladu.<\/p>\n<p>Konflikt je nekaj, \u010desar ne moremo odpraviti, se pa lahko nau\u010dimo spoprijemati se z njim z vedno ve\u010djo spretnostjo.
